Delete your UTL Deployed account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

• iPhone: Team tab, gear, Cloud account, Delete account.
• Android handlers: Team tab, scroll to the bottom, Delete account.
• Android helpers: Account tab, Delete account.
• Supervisors and trainers: at the bottom of your handlers list, Delete account.

Without the app

Email legal@unabletolocate.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Deployed account”. We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your Deployed account and sign-in, your cloud backup (training, deployment, certification, medical, equipment and document records and attached files), your training-group memberships and RSVPs, and any supervisor or trainer access you gave or received.

What stays

• Records on your phone. Deployed keeps working offline and you can export them. Delete the app to remove them.
• Training groups you created stay for their remaining members, no longer linked to you.
• Hides you set as a helper keep your name in that group's history.
• Purchase records kept by Google Play, the App Store and our billing provider (RevenueCat), as required for tax and accounting.
• Copies in our hosting provider's backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first:

• Android: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
• iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions
