These terms are between you and Chad Johnson, operating as “unable to locate” (UTL), a sole proprietorship based in Texas (“we,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using TenTwenty, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

WHAT TENTWENTY IS

TenTwenty is a patrol location and navigation tool for law enforcement officers. It shows your current street, block number, and cross street; provides turn-by-turn navigation; and optionally records and exports a GPS log of your shift, with hands-free Siri commands and Lock Screen / Apple Watch display.

LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TenTwenty on devices you own or control, for your own use. This is in addition to, not a replacement for, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies since TenTwenty is distributed through the App Store.

SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

TenTwenty includes a 30-day free trial starting from your first launch. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active TenTwenty Pro subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and we don't issue refunds directly; refund requests go through Apple under their own policies.

ACCEPTABLE USE

TenTwenty is built for lawful, professional use in connection with your duties. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app, and not to use it in any way that violates the law or your department's policies. You're responsible for verifying anything TenTwenty shows you against your agency's official systems — it's a situational-awareness tool, not your department's dispatch, CAD, or records system.

NO WARRANTY; USE YOUR JUDGMENT

Location, mapping, and road data — including data from Apple's services and from OpenStreetMap — can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. TenTwenty is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Never rely on TenTwenty as the sole basis for a decision where accuracy matters to someone's safety, including your own. Use your training and your department's official channels to verify anything critical.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, TenTwenty — including reliance on inaccurate location, road, or navigation data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

TERMINATION

You can stop using TenTwenty and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Either way, any recordings already saved on your device stay there unless you delete them or the app.

CHANGES

We may update the app or these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll post the update here with a new effective date. Continuing to use TenTwenty after a change means you accept the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
