Patrol location awareness.

WHEN SOMETHING'S WRONG

Tell us what the screen said and where you were. The useful details are: your iPhone model and iOS version, whether you were moving or stopped, the street or highway you were on, and what the app showed versus what was true.

A screenshot is worth more than a description. Take one while the problem is on screen — the GPS status indicator in the corner is usually the first thing we look at.

BLOCK DATA UNAVAILABLE

That message is the app working correctly, not failing. TEN:TWENTY shows a block number only when the underlying data is trustworthy. When it isn't — a road with no address range, a frontage road, a bad geocoder result — it says so and falls back to the street name and coordinates rather than printing a number that might be wrong.

Wrong information is worse than no information. If you're seeing it constantly in a place that should be well mapped, that's worth reporting.

CROSS STREETS AND EXITS

Cross-street and highway-exit lookups come from OpenStreetMap's public Overpass service, which is the only network request the app makes to anything we don't control. It can be slow or briefly unavailable. You can turn it off in Settings → Data → “Cross streets & exits (OpenStreetMap)”; block and street still work without it.

YOUR RECORDINGS

Shift recordings are stored only on your device. There is no cloud backup and no account, which means we cannot recover a recording for you — if it matters, export it. Export uses the normal iOS share sheet, so it goes wherever you send it.

BILLING

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Cancellations and refunds go through your Apple ID account settings; we have no ability to process either. Everything else about billing is in the terms of service.
