WHEN SOMETHING'S WRONG
Tell us what the screen said and where you were. The useful details are: your iPhone model and iOS version, whether you were moving or stopped, the street or highway you were on, and what the app showed versus what was true.
A screenshot is worth more than a description. Take one while the problem is on screen — the GPS status indicator in the corner is usually the first thing we look at.
BLOCK DATA UNAVAILABLE
That message is the app working correctly, not failing. Twenty shows a block number only when it can trust it. When it can't, it says so and falls back to the street name and coordinates rather than printing a number that might be wrong.
Wrong information is worse than no information. If you're seeing it constantly in a place that should be well mapped, that's worth reporting.
INSTALL YOUR COUNTY
Download the road data for the county you work. With it installed, block, cross streets and exits come from your phone and keep working with no signal. Counties you have downloaded show as INSTALLED. If you work across a county line, install both.
CROSS STREETS AND EXITS
Where no county data is installed, cross streets and exits come from an online lookup, which can be slow or briefly unavailable. You can turn it off in Settings → Data → “Cross streets & exits”; block and street still work without it. The privacy policy says exactly what is sent.
YOUR RECORDINGS
Shift recordings are stored only on your device. There is no cloud backup and no account, which means we cannot recover a recording for you — if it matters, export it. Export uses the normal iOS share sheet, so it goes wherever you send it.
BILLING
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Cancellations and refunds go through your Apple ID account settings; we have no ability to process either. Everything else about billing is in the terms of service.
