Tell us which screen you were on and what you expected to happen. Useful details: your iPhone model and iOS version, whether you were signed in, which record type was involved (training, deployment, certification, medical), and whether you were online at the time.

If a report came out wrong, say which date range you used and attach the export. A screenshot of the screen you were on beats a description of it.

Do this regularly. Restore onto a new device is not built yet. Signing in copies your records to our cloud, but the app cannot currently pull them back down, so a replaced or wiped phone means the local copy is what you had.

Export from within the app as PDF, CSV, or Word and keep the file somewhere you control. A K9's training history is not something to find out you lost.

The app works fully offline and never requires an account. Signing in exists for cloud backup and training groups. If you never sign in, nothing you record leaves your device.

Deleting your account: Team Settings → Delete account. That permanently removes your cloud account, your cloud backup, and your group memberships, and it cannot be undone. The records on your phone stay put and the app keeps working offline.

A group shares your handler name, your role in it, and anything published to it. Your own training records, deployments, and health records are never shared with a group — joining one gives no one access to them.

Don't publish anything to a group that your agency's rules or an active investigation wouldn't let you share.

The Handler subscription is $9.99/month or $99/year with a 30-day free trial, billed by Apple. Cancellations and refunds go through your Apple ID account settings; we cannot process either. After the trial, without a subscription the app becomes read-only — you keep full access to view and export everything already recorded.
